Just in time for the holidays. Andi Maples has dropped off the first of several loads to IPM this week. Delivery included 100 pounds of canned food, detergent, adult diapers, wipes, and toothpaste; in addition to 2,400 individually wrapped rolls of bathroom tissue (25 cases with a weight of 1,150 pounds) that will be stored on our shelf we have adopted at the pantry. CrimsonAti, you are truly a blessing.
We want to thank everyone who donated to our annual Beat Auburn, Beat Hunger food drive benefiting IPM. While we are still getting a final tally for 2024, we already know we have donated 4,711 pounds of goods. This includes the food drive (current tally of 3,561 lbs) along with 1,150 pounds of toiletries. We will have a final tally in January and very much appreciate the generosity of our members with a special shoutout to the Mapes family for continuing to organize this drive every year.
